everyone is very welcome to join us, these runs have no marshals, no cones, no entry fee, you just turn up and enjoy. All competitors enter at their own risk with safety being the priority for all competitors. Come along and give it a go many local runners started their running career at a pub run.![]()

Nelson Shoe Clinic New Years Day 10km![]()
Just a week to go. What has become a tradition over the last 17 years the very popular Nelson Shoe Clinic New Years Day 10km, again this year a 5km option will be available. Meet at the Honest Lawyer for the start and finish. Everyone is welcome, $10 entry fee for 10km and $5 for 5km with all money raised going to the junior athletics travel fund to the nationals. Heaps of spot prizes, fast course along the cycleway to Richmond & return, early runners and walkers options. It will be a warm day so make sure you hydrate well before the run. Start the year you wish to go on with. 2.30pm for early 10km runners and 10km walkers - 3.00pm all 5km competitors and 10km runners.
