Senior Cross Country, meet at Miyazu Park a great undulating course of 6km – 3 laps for runners and 2 laps for walkers (4km) a new course on ground we don't usually run on, so come along and enjoy the little undulations. ![]()

Great day last Saturday with 207 children enjoying the second event at Branford Park. It's all go again this Saturday with the final run at Miyazu Gardens and we are looking for more registrations, so if you missed the first two sign up below for this Saturdays run.
