meet at The Sprig & Fern Mapua, an undulating run & favourite of many, return via Seaton Valley, the day will be hot so make sure you hydrate well before the event. 8.5km approx![]()

everyone is very welcome to join us, these runs have no marshals, no cones, no entry fee, you just turn up and enjoy. All competitors enter at their own risk with safety being the priority for all competitors. Come along and give it a go many local runners started their running career at a pub run. Race two of this popular and favourite of many 5km series for the early morning runners & walkers, don't miss this one on Wednesday morning starting 6.00am sharp and bring a friend or two. $5.00 entry fee, spot prizes and different course each week. it's a great way to get out and compete or socialise with fellow runners and walkers. No time limits, we will be at the end for as long as it takes, a great series for the first timers to come and give it a go, it's a fantastic time of the day to get that run or walk in & have the rest of the day to relax.
