Saturday Founders Run ![]()
meet meet at the front gate of Founders park below the Windmill a great undulating run with a couple of short sharp hills 6.0km approximately and Founders Cafe will be open afterwards![]()
- walkers and early runners – 3.45pm![]()

everyone is very welcome to join us, these runs have no marshals, no cones, no entry fee, you just turn up and enjoy. All competitors enter at their own risk with safety being the priority for all competitors. Come along and give it a go many local runners started their running career at a pub run. next week Styx Port Hills
